If you do not have somebody at the crime scene at the same time as the investigators you will still have the same whining going on. Inevitably this "pilot" if instituted, will followed by some controversial situation which will be pounced upon asserting that the CPC is in bed with the police. Try taking this notion to its logical conclusion, slippery slope aside, and see what you come up with. An excellent observation.

Isn`t that the most important time line. How can it be determined that anything went wrong when you get there 24 hours later and after the fact and the reports are already in, just asking a question.
