Winnipeg, Manitoba (CJOB News) – The sentencing of two Manitoba RCMP officers found guilty of assaulting a man outside a rural motel in 2008 has been put over until next month. Jeffrey Moyse and Trevor Ens were scheduled to be sentenced Friday for the beating of 19 year old Conley Papineau in Traverse Bay. But the sentencing has been delayed as the officers have switched laywers. It is now scheduled for November 24th
