I agree only the test of time will reveal if the organization is serious about change , or if its paying lip service to the Canadian Public that deserve so much more from a National Police Force. Commissioner ELLIOT,s awareness of whats going on in the organization is only as good as whats been spoon fed from below. Remember A/C Bill SWEENEY was around during the Zacardelli tenure and said very little . Our fingers are crossed Amen to these folks …….. COMM. Bev BUSSON did this just before she retired in a private ceremony. Too bad it wasn't done in public. These 5 were put through hell. Time will tell if it made any difference.
