What was done 20 or 30 years ago when people became violent? There was no pepper spray or electric stun guns. There are plenty of surveys available on the net both against but mostly supporting the stun guns. A better number to tout would be how many times they are used vs deaths, compared to guns used vs death. So take away the stun guns and replace them with what? Take away the pepper spray and replace it with what? I still recall the odd death from the choke hold. So they took that away due to public pressure and replaced it with spray and stun guns. Got a better idea? Maybe a Star Trek phaser on stun. Did not seem to be much death there. Oops, had it on level 5, sorry...
