		<description>Why am I not surprised this article came out of the Vancouver Sun. Typical wing nut, liberal, feminist article where apples and oranges are mixed and one side of the story is told. 
     What other job are you expected to take abuse on a daily basis from the public? I agree that mobbing and bullying should have no place in any outfit, but when you advocate such a hypersensitive workplace, you are opening the door to all kinds of nonsense such as tons of frivolous complaints or even statements taken out of context that can also be used as a form of harassment against others. 
   Another thing she might consider if she stopped hating men so much and took the feminist blinders off is that some of the worst harassment is female on female. Male on male exists and even female on male harassment exists and can take many different forms. Would have been nice to have seen her acknowledge this. 
    Oh yeah, and what&#039;s this nonsense about her advocating hiring people that don&#039;t have the aptitude to do the job because they don&#039;t have the right interpersonal skills?  Thanks to people like her, too much of that has been going on already... 
   Bramham seems quite concerned about &quot;sexism&quot;.  Too bad she is a glowing reverse example of this herself... Guess it is ok to tell &quot;Man Jokes&quot; as well...</description>
