This is why we have so many Wrongfully Convincted people coming out of the prisons and some that will never see light because the evidence is gone. I think it`s always been there but no one wanted to do a thing about it... Now it`s gone to far and it`s an embarassememt on the governments and so guess what, now they move so we can think they are doing their jobs - but it`s to late.
