Moncton, N.B. (Canadian Press) - A New Brunswick RCMP officer has been charged with two counts of sexual exploitation while in a position of trust.
Cpl. Alain Bouliane, who headed Codiac detachment’s traffic division, has been suspended with pay since the allegations surfaced last fall.
The charges stem from alleged incidents four years ago.
A preliminary hearing date will be set when the case returns to court Aug. 18.
