Justin Tree and David Connors are two Mounties who got their man - by marrying each other.
The pair became the first gay men in the Royal Canadian Mounted Police to marry when they wed in Yarmouth, Nova Scotia.
They wore their dress uniforms to make their vows in front of a magistrate and about 100 guests, including other uniformed Mounties.
Justin, 27, who has been a Mountie for six years, said: “We don’t see our wedding as anything different or special. I don’t think there’s any difference between us and anyone else who wants to get married.”
He met David, 26, at university more than eight years ago and they decided to get married in January.
Gay marriage has been legal in Canada for a year, though prime minister Stephen Harper has pledged a free vote in parliament in the autumn to decide if the law should stay.

This is funny – no this is hilarious!
To Serve and to Protect just got a new meening with this one.
I burst out laughing; what a hoot, what a joke, what a disgrace and what a revelation - you got a choice here, you pick one!
Can we now all agree that the rcmp are no longer a spit shine organization?
Does anyone know if these two and their guess are Supervisors/Inspectors/Sergeants/Coporals/Constables, Office workers or field police officers?
Could it be fear!
What is this country turning into?

I can hardly wait for the news article that covers the fight over a 3rd locker/change room for the trannies. Oops thats right the VPD and the RCMP both have trannies in BC. The Vancouver Sun really did not go on too much about the VPD one and I will bet they do not even know about the RCMP one.

I find men with men and woman with woman REPULSIVE!
But when it’s taken to the work place - who in the HELL gave those two the permission to get hitched in the business uniform of the biggest and lately a farce of a police force in CANADA? Anyone can answer?

Now I can see what is wrong.
The force is being govern by males who are gay and who are scared to do their jobs.

The RCMP are no longer a spit shine outfit. Most US state police Troopers are higher quality. Why? because political correctness isn’t out of control in America like it is in Canada.

Fire all 20,000 of the nogoodnicks and replace them with state troopers.
Beam me up Scotty, no intelligent life here….
