The policies, guidlines and procedures to deal with all this S%&* are already in place, we have just lacked personnel who have butt smooched their way into senior management to understand and do their JOBS!!!!!!!!

Canadians need to rise up and tell their political / police leaders what they expect and require. Public SERVANT is what we are and whom we serve.
