I noted he said in the paper during one of his indignant speeches he could not assist the family of the accused anymore funds had run out. So much for conviction to a cause. That cause is the almighty dollar and a face in the news. You can bet the reason for low approval ratings of lawyers is due to his ilk and not the hundreds that really help people every day without publicity. On another note tell me who is hired by the vaunted SIU to investigate? Could it be former cops? Ooooh the conspiracy mounts.... We all want the guy that cracked the Olson case to investigate the murder of our kid, but certainly cannot have him investigate anything else, especially one of another police agency. It is also sad that the media has picked up this agenda and is now being led around by the nose on the issue of "public oversight". This is what the media is saying: an RCMP member premeditated and carried out an execution of a person whom he did not know. Other RCMP members then conspired with him and with members of Crown Counsel to cover it up. Anyone who believes that, please let me know. I've got some land in Florida for sale.
